Our Mission

Our Danville Health Club is not just another fitness center; we focus on client and member overall health.  Whether you train one-on-one, or are working out alone, we are always available to help, educate, and ensure you are moving in the right direction.  We program for non client members and help educate to make sure you are safe and actually progressing.  There is constantly a nutrition-based conversation happening; we have a program to consulting personally or just love to educate while talking in between sets.  Come get healthy with us!
